Who you will work with:
You will work alongside a dynamic, diverse team passionate about advancing the future of technology and metals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leaders, you will play a key role in facilitating decision-making and driving the strategic direction of our IT projects. You’ll be part of a culture that values innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
What you will do:
- Lead the IT program/project portfolio management, including demand and development, and program/project roadmap planning
- Analyze resource impacts, dependencies, and performance for major development initiatives
- Facilitate project portfolio decision-making, steering, and evaluation of project proposals
- Prioritize and balance project proposals in line with strategic targets, business benefits, and risks
- Provide expert support and consultation to maximize business value and minimize risks
- Maintain an up-to-date portfolio dashboard to ensure visibility and accurate reporting of project status and KPIs
- Promote consistency and control across projects to ensure company-wide visibility and alignment
- Support project management and steering in all aspects of project execution
- Own and refine the IT project portfolio management process and tools
- Prepare lists of business needs to be prioritized based on alignment with divisions and group functions
What you bring (competence):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management or a similar role
- Expertise in portfolio and demand management, as well as strong communication skills
- Excellent networking, leadership, and organizational change management abilities
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and financial analysis skills
- Proven experience in governance and stakeholder management
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
