Your Opportunity: As the Section Manager for Digital Workplace Services, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of approximately ten IT specialists who manage computers, mobile devices, M365 services, and office IT. Be a present and inspiring leader who embodies our values: care, courage, and responsibility.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure the delivery of top-notch IT services within Digital Workplace, continuously improving our IT solutions to meet business needs.
- Foster Development: Promote the team's competence development and ensure a focus on health, environment, and safety.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the business and be part of the IT Services management team to drive innovation and modernization of our IT landscape.
- Travel and Adapt: Be prepared to travel as needed, with operations in several locations. The position is based in Boliden or at one of our other sites.
Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has:
- An academic degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in leadership and/or project management, preferably in an industrial environment.
- The ability to negotiate and drive development work.
- Experience working with subcontractors at a tactical and strategic level.

- A hands-on leadership approach, emphasizing teamwork and development within the group.

- Strategic as well as hands-on.
