About this opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson as a Baseband SW Troubleshooter, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our baseband software product. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across Ericsson and partner companies, contributing to the cutting-edge advancements in telecommunications technology.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with colleagues in similar positions throughout Ericsson and partner organizations.
- Engage with customer-facing teams and internal test organizations to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Quickly, accurately, and professionally troubleshoot reported problems in-depth to identify and resolve software issues.
- Manage and resolve faults in the baseband software product, maintaining the integrity and performance of our systems.
The skills you bring:
- Extensive knowledge of 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN) and RAN Networks.
- Strong perseverance and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations.
- Technical education at the Bachelor's level (BSc) or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience from Baseband SW preferred.
Vetting including references and relevant background screening will be conducted for final candidates.
