About the Role:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Software Delivery Pipelines & Support (SWPS) infrastructure organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions and being a central part of our cloud native transformation journey. This is a unique opportunity to develop software that interacts with cloud infrastructure to enhance and automate our test environment utilization.
What you will do:
- Analyze, develop, and test new solution features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
- Provide support to internal customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure platform engineers, network engineers, and application developers.
- Offer direct support to SA BOS Technical Program Groups (TPGs) regarding tools and infrastructure.
The skills you bring:
- University-level technical education or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Advanced knowledge of Python and JavaScript (Next.js) development.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes architecture and Docker.
- Experience in microservices development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Git/Gerrit, and Jenkins.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Apache JMeter).
- Familiarity with DevOps (GitLab) and GitOps (Flux).
- Experience with AWS, OCI, or Google Cloud.
