About this opportunity

Ericsson is seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join our CoE Group Function Marketing Analytics & Automation unit. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & Automation, this is an exciting role advancing our digital measurement capabilities and helping us to become truly data-driven.

 

The Digital Marketing Performance Manager will play a key role in developing measurement frameworks, turning data into actionable strategic and operational insights and recommendations, and developing digital measurement solutions to be used by our global Marketing teams.

 

What you will do

•    Lead digital marketing data and insights generation and contribute as performance measurement expert in Ericsson’s biggest marketing initiatives

•    Collaborate with digital channel and website specialists to develop actionable recommendations and drive effective optimization

•    Drive best practices, standardization and governance across internal and external stakeholder groups, incl. our marketing agencies

•    Actively collaborate with our technical Analytics specialists to formulate development requirements and secure a robust data foundation

•    Translate data and insights into analyses and reports for both operational marketing teams and senior leadership members

•    Conduct deep dive analyses across multiple data sources and help Ericsson mature with marketing impact measurement

•    Advise global Marketing community on digital marketing measurement topics and create understanding of important industry trends and digital analytics concepts

•    Collaborate with other expert teams to develop Ericsson’s campaign taxonomy and manage data-governance related tasks

•    Enable stakeholder communities through best practices, training, and process governance

 

You will bring 

•    University degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or equivalent training/experience 

•    Minimum of 5 years experience working in Digital Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing or CRO roles

•    Deep understanding of Digital Marketing performance metrics, incl. Paid Media Channels

•    Operational understanding of Digital Marketing Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Content square, Power BI, Google Campaign Manager 360, Tableau, Python, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Big Query and SQL, Optimizely Web Experimentation

•    Capability to develop operational reporting/dashboards and executive reports

•    Background in performance marketing and proven ability to drive the effective utilization of performance marketing data for optimization in multi-channel setup

•    Ability effectively package and communicate results with expert and non-expert stakeholder groups 

•    Attention to detail and strong project management skills

•    Working cooperatively with people and independently

•    Cultural awareness, ideally experience from working in global teams and project constellations
