We are seeking an IT Product Architect with strong CRM experience, for our Salesforce Platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can review, advise, and ensure compliance with best practices in Salesforce implementation, architecture, and solution design across Sales environments.

 

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

 

As an IT Product Architect, you will lead the technical product lifecycle in alignment with the product portfolio strategy and plan. You will manage requirements, solution design, integrations, and architecture in adherence to overarching principles and frameworks. You will be part of a product team comprising IT Product Owners, IT Product Architects, and platform consultants, collaborating with distributed development teams.

 

Primary Duties:

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and optimize product total cost of ownership (TCO), in collaboration with the Product Team.
  • Own responsibility for technical setup, architecture, system documentation and has key expertise about platform interfaces, integrations, and roadmaps.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Project Managers to capture and validate requirements, ensuring development aligns with business objectives.
  • Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development.
  • Support and guide the Product Team in ensuring both a strategic long term and short-term perspective on the Product Lifecycle
  • Safeguard product design, integrations, and architecture.
  • Understand technical trends affecting the product(s) and judge when new technology is sufficiently mature and cost-efficient to include in products and solutions.
  • Document and maintain product information.
  • Adhere to Ericsson’s IT Security and Architecture processes.

 

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role, preferably in CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Salesforce Expertise: experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Lightning Platform. Salesforce certifications are a major plus!
  • Experience with system integration and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with governance frameworks, change management, and Agile/DevOps practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
