About this opportunity:

Global Finance Services – Global Business Services (GFGO)

Global Finance Services is a key part of Ericsson’s finance community, responsible for delivering core finance activities. As a Record to Report Process Manager, you will lead the design and execution of efficient, compliant accounting processes within the Record to Report domain. This role translates strategic direction and risks into actionable process roadmaps and ensures standardization, optimization, and compliance. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this position.

 

What you will do:

  • Internal Controls & Compliance: design and implement internal controls in line with ICFR, SOX, ABC, AML, and EGMS. Review and approve related deviations.
  • Risk Management: identify and assess risks within accounting processes. Analyze test and audit results, redesigning controls where needed.
  • Process Improvement: define and drive end-to-end process direction. Lead and support improvement initiatives, including documentation and communication of changes.
  • Technology & Systems: collaborate with Finance IT to prepare and drive system enhancements. Leverage process mining and automation opportunities.
  • Performance & Analytics: define and monitor KPIs. Analyze processes for efficiency and compliance, ensuring robust analytics and reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: maintain a long-term view on process evolution (5–10 years), supporting strategic decisions with insight and foresight.
  • Governance & Communication: support governance across initiatives. Lead process walkthroughs, resolve system/process questions, and manage deviations.

 

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in process management or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of EGMS, SAP, Aris, automation, and financial systems.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Adaptive, curious, and continuously learning.
  • Solid experience in finance flows, models, and operations.
