What you will do 

•    Build and enhance microservices that power Ericsson’s products on a global scale, delivering robust solutions to millions of users.

•    Take ownership of quality improvements, optimize test coverage, and ensure high standards in all deliverables. 

•    Collaborate closely with Program and Product Owners to refine requirements and align on objectives.

•    Engage in requirement studies, meticulous planning, hands-on implementation, verification, and ongoing support, ensuring each development phase is executed to the highest standards.

•    Play a key role in our cloud-native transformation by adopting the latest technologies, enhancing open-source tools, and implementing cloud-native architecture principles.

•    Work within an agile framework, where Continuous Integration and Automation are core practices, to accelerate innovation and streamline development workflows.

 

Skills you bring

•    A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with strong skills in GO, Java, or Python for building reliable, scalable microservices.

•    Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker, with a strong understanding of cloud-native principles and architectures.

•     Proficiency with essential tools such as Eclipse, Git, Gerrit, Maven, and Jenkins, enabling you to work seamlessly within our agile, continuous integration-driven environment.

•    Familiarity with REST, Web Services, and other machine-to-machine communication standards, empowering you to build interoperable and connected solutions.

•    A team-oriented attitude with curiosity, creativity, and a positive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to adapt to change and generate fresh ideas will help us continue our journey of innovation
